The Four Deuces is operated by Liberty Edge LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, write to us at fourdeuces@liberty-edge.com.
When you create a free account, we collect your email address and a password. Your password is never stored in readable form — it is saved only as a salted PBKDF2 hash, so we cannot see it.
As you use the app, we collect activity tied to your account: venues you save or mark, passport and status activity, and general app-interaction and diagnostic data such as app version and error events.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, Google may collect device identifiers (including your device's advertising ID), IP address, coarse location inferred from IP, and ad-interaction data. This processing is governed by Google's own policies, described in the Advertising section below.
We use Google AdMob to display advertising in the app. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and related data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted by your settings and applicable law. You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings › Google › Ads). We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with the service providers that help us run the app, each acting under its own terms:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your associated personal data as described on our Account Deletion page. We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law or for legitimate security purposes, and only for as long as needed. Advertising identifiers are governed by Google.
We protect your information using measures that include salted password hashing (PBKDF2), encrypted access tokens, rate limiting, and access controls, and we transmit data over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to limit what we collect in the first place.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time — directly in the app under Account › Delete Account, or by request. Full instructions are on our Account Deletion page.
The Four Deuces is intended for adults. Listed venues may serve alcohol, and you must meet the legal age in your location. The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
We operate from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the U.S. By using the app, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have data-protection rules different from those in your country.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email where appropriate.
